RESERVATION POLICY

Please read our RESERVATIONS POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY IN FULL before making a reservation.

A strict 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY and MINIMUM SPEND applies to all reservations without exception.

RESERVATION POLICY:

  1. We offer set menus (PRIX FIXE), with minimum spend requirements for all lunch and dinner seatings.

  2. Menus and prices are subject to change without notice. Refer to our website for current menus & pricing.

  3. All bookings will require a partial payment, or guarantee with a valid credit card, mobile phone number, email address and postcode. All information is processed and/or stored securely by our service providers SevenRooms and Stripe.

  4. If you do not wish to provide credit card details, or pay a deposit, you will not be able to reserve a table on-line, by telephone, or in person. We welcome walk-ins, however we cannot guarantee seating.

  5. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations at our discretion, and these will incur a cancellation charge per person, as per our CANCELLATION POLICY. If a valid email AND mobile number is not provided, your reservation may be cancelled without notice, resulting in forfeiture of your deposits. N.B. Some local areas do not have mobile service.

  6. We are unable to confirm or guarantee your placement within the restaurant. Table allocations are not available.

  7. A few seats are available at the bar, with the majority reserved for walk-ins.

  8. Tables will be held for 15 minutes. Guests are asked to arrive promptly at their allocated time, to ensure sufficient time for service. If members of a party arrive late, the seating time will not be extended and a reduced menu may need to be served for diners. Minimum charges will apply.

  9. Dietary requirements (including Vegan) MUST be advised at time of booking, and can be amended via the MANAGE RESERVATION link in confirmation email. Whilst we make every effort to accommodate dietaries, we cannot guarantee the ability to provide a full menu with suitable alternatives for those with complex needs. Please contact us by email to confirm availability of suitable dishes in this instance.

  10. If you are booking on behalf of others, please ensure all guests are aware of this policy.

  11. Queen St Eatery is fully licensed and BYO is NOT permitted.

  12. We are a PETIT VENUE and our largest table seats 6 (7 at a pinch). For bookings of 6 or more, tables will be grouped.

  13. We do not have children’s menus or highchairs and due to limited space and seating, we cannot accommodate prams in our petit venue. Our outdoor space may be more suitable for family dining, when weather permits.

  14. We request all payment via card, and reserve the right to refuse cash payments.
